Passion Tiramisù was established in 2018 in Mexico by Maria Avallone, who found it challenging to locate well-made Tiramisu in her new home after moving from Italy. Inspired by the encouragement of friends and neighbors, she transformed her love for this classic dessert into a business, offering various Tiramisu flavors to local restaurants and creating fresh desserts that delighted the community.
Once Maria moved to Florida for the love of her husband Roberto, they together decided to continue with their project by innovating the brand with a variety of Tiramisu flavors. As their popularity grew and due to restaurant demand for fresh desserts, they expanded their menu to include cakes, pies, and other delicious desserts, including their signature Passion Tiramisù.
